Using History Files

Someone emailed me a history file of EURUSD 5m.  How to do I get this into MT4 so that I can test my EA on this data?
 
Drop it into the tester/history folder and make sure recalculate is unticked.

If it is an fxt file.
If a hst, you need to import it through History Center (press F2 in the terminal).
