strange behavior with subscription service

I have realized in the recent days that there are some serious problem with the subscription service.

Common problems i have seen:

  • often disconnection of the signal sender service (shows up in profile tab)
  • often disconnection of the signal receiver (Errormessage: Credits: authorization failed (404))
  • the receiving clients of the followed signals not closing its positions at same time the master which causing an huge profit loss
  • the takeprofit is not updating and fail with an error message (Errormessage: Signal - subscription is not synchronized, trade #xxx buy at 8x.xx tp: 8x.xx ignored)
  • the stoplevel is not updating (Signal - trade request failed OK)

I'm running all my signal services on a very stable low latency gigabit datacenter and wondering why the metaquotes subscription service fail that often.

Did you realized such problems also in the past?

Well since i only do MT4 it's MT4 but i think this will apply to all subscription services because of the 404 error (probably HTTP NOT found error)

well yes most of the time it seems to work proberbly but sometimes mine is failing.

 

hi, i'm trying to get your signal, but got the error about leverage too high at 1:500. what do i do now?

Getting this Error? -> Signal Provider has Leverage 1:500, leverage greater than 1:100 is not allowed.
You need at least Client Version 451 that this works!
