I don´t  use it on NZDUSD and AUDUSD. Only on EURUSD, because there is low spread and there is most movement on London breakout. 

So in is GMT : 07:00 to 08:00 .

If you trying on different value as is NZDUSD, pay attention on standoff on price. Because when you have spread 30 points and at end of zone is ask too close to high, it can be problem to send orders to server. So if problems appear set bigger standoff on price.

unfortunately I didn't create manual yet, but it is planned with next update.

If you don't want to trade when time zone is bigger than 50 pips set input "Max width zone" to 500 (inputs are in points 1 pip=10 points).

Yes, it is Standoff Buy/Sell.

If you want to place trades 5 pips below low set 50 on Standoff Sell.

If you want to place trades 5 pips above high set 50 on Standoff Buy.

If you want to place trade 5 pips above low set Standoff Sell -50, but if you set negative numbers, problem with placing orders, when price is upper/lower than zone.

This isn´t possible now.
