You are trying it on $163 account. it will not work. On the product description is mentioned minimal account requirments.
This message is send when price is in the lesser then your level for example if price reaches level 1 but you have set LQ3, The trade will be taken on the next level.

Hi David, when I wrothe my comment there were no other trades opened.
Now I am running the EA on XAUUSD on M1 timeframe. The EA is giving warnings continuously, but it opens trades at LQ3 and with nice profit.
On M15 I am running it on portfolio - AUDCAD, AUDNZD, CADNZD, but the EA did not opened any trade although the price was at LQ3.
Is it possible on next EA update to be run the EA no diferent TF from M15 with no alert?
