I have only bought this EA about a month but I have to say Daniel and his EAs are one of the most professional, well designed expert(just the EA) on mql5. It might not give you 30% or a 100% gain in one month like many other grid EAs out there (and wipe out all your fund next 2 months) but it will keep the money in your account for a long time.

I will update my reviews in the next few weeks/months again.

 Hello

  Im having constantly this screenshot showing up in the EA. The SI connect is in any case updated but the datainfo screen keeps showing one time after another.

 any idea how to solve this ?

please send a screenshot of the comment section in the upper left corner of the chart where you run SI Connect.

If it states "connection lost" please check if you added all URLs listed in the SIEA ZEN product description are allowed in your terminal.

Ok, got it. Yes, you're right. It's all correctly set up and the trading activities proves it.

Nonetheless, it seems your VPS seems to be overloaded which is the reason for this recurring error message.

There are two ways to solve that, either you upgrade your VPS or you reduce its workload.

Some SIEA ZEN users asked why some trades have been closed today while others remain open. 

That’s perfectly ok because we made a strategic change with SIEA ZEN version 2.0

As we don't want to keep trades open for too long in the ZEN version, we have a feature to close all trades at the end of each month (around the 27th by default). However, our SIEA strategy is not an intraday one, and most of the time, our trades need some space and time to move in the right direction. So a trade opened on the 25th, for example, will probably have too little time to go well. So beginning with version 2.0, we use a grace period of 4 days. 

This new feature provides an overall performance boost of around 10% plus compared to the previous SIEA ZEN setup. So we're sure you'll like it.

Yeah, the leverage on your account is far too low. Hence, SIEA drops the trading opportunities and informs you via the log.

SIEA is designed to be used with a leverage of at least 15, and even this is very low. What leverage do you use?

es scheint sich um ein allgemeines Problem zu handeln, denn dieser Fehler tritt bei einigen Usern auf.

Kannst du bitte weitere Informationen zu deiner Handelsumgebung teilen? PC oder VPS? Welche Windows Version und welches MT5 Build du benutzt?

Ich habe gerade einen Test mit MT5 Build 4232 vom 11.03.2024 auf einem Windows 2019 VPS gemacht und SI Connect wurde auf Anhieb installiert.

ja, das ist zurzeit bei allen SIEA Versionen so. 

Ein Mean-Reversion-System wie SIEA benötigt zunächst einen Trend, und wenn dieser einen Höhepunkt erreicht und Schwäche zeigt, handeln wir in die Gegenrichtung.

In Ermangelung von Trends fehlt uns aber derzeit der Initialzünder, da alle Währungen relativ neutral sind und seitwärts oszillieren, wie ich auch fast täglich in meinem Morning Briefing schreibe.

Wir können derzeit nur geduldig abwarten, bis der Markt wieder etwas mehr Leben zeigt.

Hallo Daniel,

ich habe zwei Probleme entdeckt beim EA (siehe Anlage). Bislang hatte ich nur einen Chart offen, jetzt habe ich mal einen EURNZD-Chart laufen mit Lighthouse und FX Trend von Ihnen.

Der Broker hat den TP erkannt, da er "offen" und nicht "hidden" ist, daher -wie schon in der Vergangenheit bei meinem eigenen EA passiert, dreht der Kurs vorher in die andere Richtung. Zur Zeit ist der Deal im Verlust, aber ich warte erstmal auf die Antwort, bevor ich ihn schließe.

Man erkennt, dass eine dicke grüne Linie den Gewinnmitnahmebereich anzeigt. Der Bereich wurde 2x erreicht. 

Der TP ist aber ca. 100 Punkte davon entfernt. Es wäre schön, wenn die TP-Gestaltung überarbeit werden könnte, da man sich ja gerade auf die automatischen Funktionen verlassen sollte und nicht in die Automatik eingreifen sollte:

Am Anfang der Gewinnzone (Unterstützung oder Widerstands-Linie) wäre wirklich eine zusätzliche Funktion sinnvoll, die ab dort einen hiddenTP setzt, der mit x-Points getrailt wird.
