This may happen if you haven't logged into your account in the trading terminal. Be sure to log in to the account you used to make the purchase. 

It may also happen if you've run out of activations. When you purchase any of our products, you receive 15 licenses. If you've used all your licenses, you'll need to repurchase the product to download it to new computers.
