if someone have a good strategy he does not need your indicator , all trend or price following indicators has

lagging factor so it is better to find a way to predict a move or trade with raw price candles i mean price action...

As attached image, in testing, the yellow dot will appear at 18:30, SELL SIGNAL, but as you can see from the Aert message is given at 19:00, what is the reason?

I would also ask if the email notification is specified Average profit and Minimun move.

Trend Laser happens at the close of the bar 

For example. go to h1 chart if you see a signal in that chart at time 1:00 the actual signal will come at 2:00 because 2:00 is the close of the h1 bar.

On your case which is on the strategy tester, please update first your MT4 platform to the latest build before testing.
