sorry for the late reply since MQL5 message system no works.

I am sure this product works well. Screenshots are attached.

Try to install another MT5 and download this product again.

Could you add more details user guidelines: how to use it and adjust everything properly?

It seems that it's kind of common issue with the script. (just bought it and still not sure that everything is right. How can I generate report any time that i need or how to set up required timeframe for that?)
