Hello. The fact is that in this indicator, each new segment (which appears on the right edge of the chart) always refers to a T-like structure (a, b, c). Then (after some time) this segment may appear in the Z-structure (1, 2, 3). But the same segment can also forever remain in the T-structure (a, b, c). Which of these options will actually happen is impossible to predict.

            The only thing that can be said for sure is that if a segment is included in the Z-structure (1, 2, 3), then it will never return back to the T-structure (a, b, c).

            To better understand how this indicator works, run it in the strategy tester of the terminal. There you will be able to see at an accelerated (or slowed down) rate how new segments are formed, and how they eventually pass (or do not pass) into the composition of Z-structures.

            The fact is that alerts and arrows are attributes of such indicators as (for example) oscillators. This indicator is neither an oscillator nor even a trend indicator. This is a wave indicator. Its main purpose is to make a preliminary (draft) analysis of the wave structure of the market and make a wave marking corresponding to this analysis. And no more.

            And in order to generate a signal to buy or sell, you need to perform at least three actions:

            1) Make a preliminary (rough) markup of the wave structure of the market.

            2) Carry out an additional wave analysis of the market (for example, using the Elliott wave theory) and clarify its wave marking.

            3) Based on this refined wave counting, make a decision to buy or sell.

            So: this indicator performs only the first action. The next two steps must be performed by the trader.
