Are you registrated on MQL5 website ? You should have a "download" button on the left side of the tool page ... just below the tool logo.

All usual settings for the Stochastic are available in the indicator (inputs tab).

DPeriod in FX Stochastic only allows one decimal. If I want to change to 26, it will not allow me.

No that's not possible. Each sub window has its specific indicator with its own multi timeframes.

I have read the instructions and looked for every possible setting, but I have an issue with turning on/off the alert directly on the chart.

First of all, I am only showing a "A" instead of a bell and when I click on it, it just select the "A", but nothing happen. 

Any idea what I am doing wrong ?

Did you followed the instructions for setting the alert ? Do you have the Green bell on chart meaning the alert is activated ?
