Yes , through enable /disable inputs "Alerting_enable = true" for Mobile Alerts  and " MAIL_Alerting_enable" for Mail Alerts

as for target it doesn't give target but I quit position when a new reverse signal appears

hello ,according to tester om eurusd m30 inputs( bars 200 , ma 100) a signal SELL on 31 dec 2019  after crossing rising wedge and butterfly levels (pic1) >>>

Bear Trend remains 

then after that  another Red butterfly appeared waiting for Continuition bear signal or a reversal buy signal  >>> Still bear trend remains (pic 2)


I think this signal appeared if you closed the Metatrader platform on Old butterfly in 31 dec then you reopened it in 8 jan with the old levels  still on charts so a SELL signal appeared as price is below the butterfly and the wedge Sell levels

as for signals from H4 and H1 frames --> they are logic as per drawn patterns according to your inputs ---> crossing rising wedge Down and crossing the butterfly sell levels

I recommend you to lower your inputs parameters as you go to Higher time frames 

fr eg. if you use (Bars,Ma) for M30 : (200,100)   you may use for H1:(100,50)  and for H4:(30:15)
