Hello. 

I bought this indicator. It is easy to install. thanks to author's good description. However there are some malfunctioning for which I am requesting the author to support or upgrade. 

1/ It shows the list sometimes on the chart but sometimes not. (alert is working) 

2/ Alerts sometimes are generated very late. Followed by the alert when opening the relevant chart, crossover has happened a couple of hours ago. 

3/ When activating 2 EMA crossover it is sending late or even wrong alerts. 

4/ When activating "alert when price touches slow EMA" it alerts when price touches fast EMA.

as communicated, the problem could be from either broker or MT4. anyway by restating the terminal as you advised, now I am using 2 EMAs for 4 pairs and it works normally. alert box shows market watch/broker time and text on the chart shows my local time/PC time. Indicator is very good and useful and it is assisting me to confirm the right trend before entering.

A new update of the 3MA Scanner is now available for you all.

This update contains the following enhancements:

- Now you can receive alerts when the price crosses a Moving Average. You can turn this on in the settings, by setting the option "Alert when price crossed MA" to True. You can set this option for the Fast MA, Slow MA and Medium MA.

- When you click on the alert in the Dashboard, the applicable chart will be opened and a line shows when the alert is provided. The line now shows the MA cross/Price touch MA/Price cross MA. This will make it more clear to find why the alert has been provided and to analyze if you want to enter the market.

In case you don't use default settings, please not that after the update the settings will be set to default. Please don't forget to change the settings of this scanner after you have done the update.

yes, you can use the following parameter in the settings of the scanner:

• Symbols To Scan: You can enter symbols you want to scan by this scanner in this field. The symbols needs to be the same as they are shown on your Market Watch window. The field is case sensitive. Each symbol needs to be separated by a comma (,).

I'm getting a similar issues to the extent i'm not receiving alerts unless i change time frames.  i have alerts always enabled in your settings.

also your new feature when a new chart is shown and your software shows where the crossover was triggered is showing too late.

The alarm should be synchronized with the vertical bar. I'm a bit disappointed. How can I trade?

that is because the scanner will look for a cross at the start of each new bar, which is at the same time as the end of the previous bar. On customers request, I have put the line in the previous bar, as that is where the signal really is coming from.
