At the beginning, the bot placed few trades, but their quality was extremely high — to the point that not a single trade was losing. The win rate was 100%. Its only drawback was the low number of trades.
The manual trading signals were also excellent, reaching around 70% quality.
Unfortunately, a new update was released, and it was a complete failure. The number of trades increased significantly, but their quality became very poor. All trades ended in losses in both activated systems — with a 0% win rate. It was truly disastrous.
I eventually stopped using it completely because I suffered losses exceeding 30% of my portfolio within just one week.

I was really happy with its performance, so when the new update was released and I experienced those losses, my happiness suddenly turned into significant frustration.
Regarding the settings, I am using the default settings because I strongly believe that the best settings are always the default ones the bot was originally designed and optimized for. I do not modify any parameters.
As for the comment about lot size being too large for the account balance, I don’t think that applies in my case, since the default settings automatically calculate lot size according to the account balance.
Of course, I would be happy to communicate with you directly and discuss everything in more detail.

I could have deleted my comment, but I preferred to leave it so others can benefit. It turned out that the issue was on my side due to some settings I wasn’t aware of. I was contacted, and we adjusted the settings correctly.
Sometimes problems can happen, but what truly matters is having good support. They never delayed their responses, were extremely patient, reviewed all the settings with me, and guided me step by step to configure everything properly.
