Hello to everyone,

I mainly use automated trading but I will post a few examples of live trades using this indicator which has a great potential according to me.

Right now CAD is the weakest currency according to Multi-Timeframe analysis. NZD, JPY and USD are among the strongest. NZDCAD and CADJPY have already move a great deal outside the channel, so I would rather choose USDCAD for a trade, if I had to take one immediately. The price for USDCAD is about to break the pivot channel of the indicator (Classic Formula #1). According to the experience I have about the indicator (testing it live during the past few months) this trade has a better chance to be a winner rather than a loser.

Let's see how this trade would have gone. Take Profit can be placed at 1.33719 (nearest TP value suggested by the indicator). SL at 1/1 ratio to let the order "breathe".

Several methods for strength analysis can be used. We'll discuss that later is anyone interested.

Please always be careful and test your trading ideas on minimum 100 demo trades, before going live and risking real money.

Enjoy !

Richard

If we consider Supply and Demand zones, then we see there is "room" for the trade to move, on H1, H4 and D1 analysis. This question of "room" considering those zones is very important.

Weekly chart shows the up pressure and that the Supply zone may be broken towards the next higher one (1.37151). A careful approach may want to move the order at breakeven when price reaches 1.33137 (H1), 1.33223 (H4) or 1.33315 (D1) because there can be reaction at those levels. But even without breakeven the order still has a good chance to be a winner because of the up pressure the W1 chart shows.

As expected this USDCAD order was an easy winner, thanks to Multi-Timeframe analysis and TP suggested by the indicator. Always trade weak against strong to have odds in your favor. Strongest currency against one of the weakest, or weakest against one of the strongest. TP (and SL) have to be carefully chosen. This trade was a winner with almost no drawdown at all.

Multi-timeframe analysis suggested other trades yersterday and thoses trades were winners as well, as CADJPY sell and GBPJPY sell (please have a look at the screenshots).

Other trade examples to come ! Enjoy !

Between 3% and 4 % profit with a single and easy trade, made on small live account. Successful orders can be made on fridays as well, as long as correct analysis is done. On MTF analysis AUD is weakening and CHF is quite strong. Demand zones on AUDCHF were about to be broken, and today they did break, which was quite logical. Please don't forget currency strength analysis is a crucial tool, and that we also have to choose exact TP levels, such as the ones this indicator suggests (they are derived from past Pivot values). AUDCHF may go further in the selling direction on monday and next week, but because of the weekend gaps, it is wise to close the order before the end of the week.

Let us be disciplined !

Another example of live trade with high winning probability : AUD is strengthening against USD. It is above USD on H1, H4 and D1. Demand zone is newly formed on D1 and there is room for the trade to move. On H1 the Supply zone is being broken. Other indicators give good indication as well, about a BUY trade (among them MA angle and enveloppes indicators with significant period values : multiple of 12 on H1, here period=144). Will the trade be successful ? Moving to breakeven is possible in order to protect profit on all trades.

AUDUSD buy was a loss, that makes 1 loss fo 4 winners, for the trades I shared the screenshots about. I just realized that the fee indicator I used (among others) does not work correctly on accounts with suffixes. Then I will propose soon another Currency Strength Indicator with added features that will work with any type of account.

We have to do correct Multi-Timefame analysis as regard to Currency Strength. Anyway sometimes losses occur, but as long as risk management and strategy are both correct, the account will grow. With a Risk/Rewad ratio of 1, we only need to have sligthly more winners than losses in order to be successful in trading.

Right now CAD is the weakest Currency on MTF analysis. Potentially winning trades are for example : buying EURCAD, or selling CADJPY and CADCHF.

Moving to beakeven is possible when special levels are met (levels when reversals may start) or when a % of TP is reached.

I post screenshots of live tades I opened with the considerations I share with you. More to come !

All 3 trades (EURCAD, CADJPY and CADCHF) that were taken live and posted here before the price moved, ended as easy winners.

Prices even continued their trends after the TP levels were hit.

Enjoy the screenshots !
