Hi,

I have been using this indicator for quite some time, and just today I upgraded to Windows 10... Since upgrading indicator will not attach to my charts and has stopped working? Can you please advise what needs doing?

obviously I don't understand the process. I went into my account and hit the buy button again. The download screen appeared and I hit MT4  and then hit the download button

it looked like it worked because one of my Mt4 widows surfaced to the top. After closing and reopening MT4 there was nothing there.

I do have a new hard drive. Just replaced it. Not sure if that is a problem?

I actually tried doing this about three times.

So sorry to ask but I think I need to know exactly what to do and how to do this.

The first time I bought. It was a piece of cake.

But maybe reactivation means I have to hit some other buttons or do something different?

Actually you are doing it right but try to download it from MT4 terminal window\Market. just you need to login to your MQL account trough MT4 setting.

it took me awhile to figure out what you meant? Not that your instructions weren't accurate but I don't use that part of my platform.

I may of used it to first download your indicator but that was a long time ago.

I kept thinking what in the world does that mean? Eventually, it came LOL

I've been using your indicator for some months now without any problem... great tool!

However, I wonder if it is possible (for a next upgrade) to have the alerts also work with trendlines...

When I click a trendline (slanted) the indicator immediately changes the trendline into a horizontal line... can you get it to work so that the indicator leaves the trendline slanted?

First of all I love the indicator and use it all the time!

I have a few issues after the new update:

After clicking on the trend line, the panel auto-hides quickly and not letting me chose the type of alert on some charts. Sometimes I have to click on the trend line multiple times until the panel finally stays on before I can activate the alert but it becomes very uncomfortable to work with this indicator. I also tried to turn off the "auto hide" feature in the setting by putting it on "false" but that doesn't help either.

Hope this could be fixed soon.

I made sure that I have the new version of the indicator and tried it opening a new chart window. Same thing happens. I have noticed that this only happens on lower timeframes and indicator stays on and lets me activate the alert on a 4hr or anything larger.

I bought the latest version (4.0) of your indicator and it only worked on the first day. It has since refused to work. It keeps telling you "No Line Selected" even after you have clearly selected a line. What is the way forward? Reply as soon as possible.

You of course know that your indicator will almost always be used with others. It is up to you to ensure that your indicator works well with other indicators loaded on a chart. After all you are a top programmer.  You simply have to devise a way smart way to avoid conflicts. As it is you have not achieved that. Your indicator simply does not work with others.

Kindly look into improving the indicator by eliminating conflicts from others through smart programming as your indicator cannot be used alone.

Your indicator does not see the selected line 9 out of 10 times and this is super frustrating.

Maybe if you allow users to tag the appropriate line manually with a description or code through the "Horizontal/Trend Line Properties" if selecting it does not always work.

I await a remedy from you through a new update ASAP.

Thanks for the reply but to fix the issue if its possible please attached the indicator that makes the conflict here. if not possible can you tell me is there any indicator attached  to the chart that creates objects on the chart?
