It wont predict direction of market, it only predicts when there is about to be a sudden price move within the next few bars. You need to combine with another system for this.

Its great for using on a larger timeframe then with the 3 bar formation you zone in to a smaller timeframe. EG the daily is good to look for 3 bar breaks then you zone in on the 30 minute and 5 minute charts for a further confirmation signal as to breakout and direction of break out.

Which is the 2nd bar? Is it 1 bar, 2 bar, current bar?

The way it reads now, that's a common Inside Bar

I think you mean the 2nd previous bar, right? Which would be the 1st bar to me.

Basically, it's an Inside Bar but with 1 bar between the Mother Bar and the current (closed) bar.

I did Google but nothing very exact shows up. Thanks for sharing, looks good, even on 4 hour the way some pairs move!

I see the misunderstanding thanks for raising this issue. In programming, I see the current bar as 0, 1st bar as 1, 2nd bar as 2 and 3rd bar as 3.

This was my mistake, what I meant was that the 2nd bar is actually the 3rd bar and the current bar to be the 1st bar. I've now reworded it.

 My previous description

has been updated to 

"It looks for when the 1st bar's High is less than the 3rd bar's High as well as the 1st bar's Low to be higher than the 3rd bar's Low."

Hi Stephen, thank you for the quick response. I have previously enabled all the alert settings on the indicator to "True", and i am not getting any alerts. Does the indicator work on renko charts? Also, does it paint the lines or is it non-repainting. Thank you.
