Hi people!
I should say something about trading time for my Expert BScalper. I attach CSV2FXT set file for this post, we optimized all sets with GMT+2 for winter and GMT+3 for summer. If you want check our results you should create real ticks with our set file for CSV2FXT. When you launch Bscalper for real or demo live trading. You should correct parameter StartHour. For example, If you broker have GMT+0 in summer, and in our set file you see StartHour = 20, for your real account you should set StartHour = 17. I hope, it be useful for you. Enjoy!
Regards,
Alex

Hello, sorry if I missed it on here. Would you be kind enough to please send me a zip file with all your back tests for the latest pairs and pre-sets with the 99% quality? Much appreciated
Hi, Aussie_Trader!
I wrote you in pm about all of it.
Hi, Aussie_Trader!
I wrote you in pm about all of it.
Hi Alex, Thanks for sending me the back tests and pre-sets for your pairs which as you say have been run using CSV2FXT, default Ducaskopy spread + 4 dollars commissions per lot. That is good. I have attached your file here for the benefit of others.
So, what I can see is using standard risk of 1% the projections are as follows: EURCHF 18% pa, EURGBP 2.4% pa, EURUSD 10.3% pa, USDCHF 6.3% pa. Now that you have run the back tests from Jan 2016 the next step is to run the out sample forward test. In order to do this properly the already optimized inputs/parameters must not be tampered with. Pick a 12 mth period, say the whole of 2015 and run the EA against that period all the while pretending that this is a forward live sample (EA doesn't know otherwise). At the completion of that exercise you will know just how good this EA may or may not be. Look forward to seeing the results of that process.
Also, you need to put up a live monitoring signal as soon as stage 2 of the testing process is completed i.e of course, if your completed testing shows good potential for future profits. Remember, no more tweaking of the inputs from this point on. What you have is what you got. Btw I see quite a few authors on here that skip this vital final step. It also explains why people buy EAs on here only to discover that the wonderful back test do not bear fruit in term of live performance, the losses are disappointing and the EA gets dumped. Would be good If more authors acted more professionally and tested their product properly before going to market.

Hi, Aussie_Trader!
Thanks for your comment and interest for our products.
1) In this zip archive, you could find not only backtests. Htms consist of optimization period and forward test. Like in overview page. For example, I will add png with it. I used two different periods. From 2016.06.01 to 2017.01.01 - optimization period, from 2017.01.01 to now forward test or 2017.01.01 - 2017.04.01 is optimization and from 2017.04.01 to now is the forward test. I understand how optimization and tests should be done.
2) About live monitoring. We are working on it and in nearest future, we will publish it.
Have a nice day! Ask please if you have additional questions.
Regards,
Alex

Thanks Alex, this is where it gets a bit confusing. If I look at your test for EURGBP below the EA made $217 over a period of just over 6 months against a balance of $10,000 - which is 4.34% per annul, and nothing to write home about. Yet the screenshot shows profit factor of 6.15? Where am I going wrong?

Hi, Aussie_Trader!
I like what I see but single month rental a bit expensive for me at least.
