I hope some day you can make it fully automated and auto-optimising for any pair (drag-drop-and-trade) - without tedious manual backtesting!

1. you can always addjust settings to leverage and lots. Just use strategy backtester to estimate drawdawn and optimal scale value. If your broker displays yout 200 usd as 20000 usd/usc and displays 0.0001 lot as 0.01 lot and the leverage is the same you can even use settings from normal account. Some brokers are displaying microlot differently, but generally best is to find settings in strategy backtestet for desired effect.
You can also optimize settings in MT5 version and use mql5 cloud (downloads demo and use backtester) and copy them 1:1 to mt4.

2. I am using my own server for this EA. It is not scalping EA so unless you trade in very short term with it, the quality of the service is not that important. 

3. I have tons of work and optimizing presets takes a lot of time. Most promising and repetable oscilations are on usd/sek, if your broker has this expotic pair, you should really try it. I can send you this and few past presets (you can work with them a a base for new ones). I am also developing Grid Simple EA, (some built-in presets and grids, mathematical grid, less options) i can send you time-limited copy for 1 month for tests if you would like that.

I just bought this EA and wonder ... what are the optimal settings for gbp/jpy and eur/jpy for automatic trade. ( will test this first )

Leave standard settings in auto mode? or change some parameters ? 

I'm using mt4.

the settings are for gbp/jpy uptrend. All other setting should be re-optimized. There is PDF instruction that describes almost all options and youtube movie showing example process of optimization:
