I have been testing your EA,
With GPBCHF, It has not opened a single trade in many days.
However, when I run it in the tester mode, It opens during the days when there was not trade at all. Why is that?
The EA has been attached 2 weeks ago and only 1 trade have opend last week..and today, it´s thurday 20 april 2017 and it has opened a single trade in the whole week. but I run the test, and I did open during this currently week.

My broker now is 23:15, and according to google, Western European Time at moment is 21:15.
So I must put in timeshift: WET + 2 , or WET - 2 ?

This is a normal situation. Please use ECN-account. The EA is sensitive to the spread. The coincidence with the test results is approximately 70-90% (for tests with a modelling quality of 99%).
However, this week there were few deals. The EA does not trade often, be patient.

Yes. It is more profitable. But you can get into a gap after the weekend.
If you choose "no", then this will save you from the gap, but it is less profitable.

No. Now WET = GMT +1. Some websites shows WET without DST. This website (https://greenwichmeantime.com/to/wet/) shows correctly. So you must choose WET + 2.
In order not to be mistaken, compare again Market Watch in the terminal and WET (by the link I gave above). For example if now your terminal time is 19:10, and WET is 17:10, then you should select WET + 2 in the Advisor's settings.
