Something happened to your EA. It started to work normally, worked a few days, placed 3 orders, and then stopped working. it does not place new orders and it also stopped drawing the red trend-lines. The last order was on February 2. I downloaded a fresh copy, but it still does not work.

ShowLinesAndInfo was "true" all the time. That's how I found out that it does not work. Otherwise i would have thought it is simply a lazy EA. OK, I changed a little bit some inputs. Let's see.

If you are trading on the H1, then you can wait a few days. Try using M15 timeframe, only the first optimize.
