please see attachment - only shows day date, time to next bar, stop levels as points. the rest of information are missing. i tried on both demo and live account - the same thing. the info is too basic

As I see you have one position only. Please read the description of the product carefully. You can find in the description the following information: 

The indicator only works with market orders and makes calculations when there are at least two trades of different volumes in different directions: bullish and bearish. It does not perform calculations when trades are in the same direction or bi-directional trades have the same volume!
