Hello, I"m trying to figure out if this EA gives you an alert when 2 moving averages cross each other or when the price touches a moving average? It seems you've updated it several times and the inputs seem to now be with two moving averages instead of when the candlestick hits the MA. But that is different than your video.

It's an indicator and not an EA - it's a price / moving average crossover system which alerts the trader when price touches a defined moving average - I think you may be getting confused with another of our products which is a twin (two) moving average crossover system... this product is simply a price/MA crossover/proximity system.

Actually problem was how I stated it, my fault. What I'm looking for is to get a notification when the price/candle TOUCHES, doesnt have to cross (i guess touching is crossing...) or breakout or anything like that, just touches a specific EMA. I will make the trade based on the price action after. Is it possible that the demo is not the same as the actual product? Because when I downloaded the demo, the name in my  Indicators-markets folder says "Advanced MA Crossover Alert System", and I noticed another one of your products has that name and it notifies when two MA's cross each other (death cross, golden cross), but that isn't what I'm looking for.

I changed the "Moving Average Applied Price" from some value like Open, Close, High, Low ... but it does not affect. Please advise!

Have purchased and installed it and is working but the options seem more restricted than  the one shown on https://youtu.be/e6bPZ0EuxAE or have I installed it incorrectly?

Works pretty much as shown except I can not change the sound alert in the indicator. I've tried numerous times to no avail. The only sound I'm getting is the alert bells . It's the 1st sound in mt4 file and can not be changed as far I can tell so far. Anyone can help with this issue I would appreciate it. Thanks   My email add. - jbmann49@hotmail.com
