Current version is 1.3 correct? if yes, why when I download and attach to a chart it says 1.03 for current version?
I updated it for you with gold settings H1, 1 year, on tick
I added two aqua lines where the grab profit and max DD are so you can watch it trade / understand it better, also I removed/hid some settings as they are very fickle and best left alone.
watch it live and you will get more of an idea.
These settings should work and earn profit for M30 H1 H2 and a few more without touching them at all.
The bias might need tweaked on certain symbols
The SL profit grab max DD etc will 100% need optimized on other Symbols.
If you drop this EA as is and touch nothing on most standard pairs you will see it profits on quite a few without optimizing anything.
PS: Works well on silver also with these standard settings

Fantastic, thanks very much, I find the current settings works well on H2, I try to understand the logic but I find if you give the EA time to learn, it knows how to trade, very intelligent indeed, although sometimes it hits SL but it will recover later if you dont touch the trades while in profit. I find sometimes when I close trades on profit then on my other demo tests the EA close them later at least 2 times more, it is trading like a pro, cuts losses short and let the profit run...
The indicator seems to work in uptrending markets only. Is there a chance to tune the settings to work in downtrending market, too?
I find the newest version is actually worse than the first version, constantly losing, the problem with this kind of EAs is that in trending market they dont adjust quick enough to avoid loses, by the time they adjust, you already hit so many SLs hence make it useless.. this is really evident in back test..

I use small accounts so grids are always a little nerve-wracking to watch but the close all trades option helps minimize the damage. I have back tested on 2H for the year to date and am only seeing long trades; It has been an uptrend gold market for sure but I was just curious, does that sound correct? Last thing would be, any hints for minimizing BDR for small accounts?

1) it keeps adding moving averages to the chart, when you looking at the chart you do not notice it until your chart starts to lag and or choke, I couldn't understand why this was happening until I went to check the indicators list and found that it had added numerous moving averages to my chart.
2) I am unsure if the trailing stop is working, so far I have not seen it active even though i have changed the StopLoss settings to make it shorter.
Anyway, I'll keep playing with it to see hoe it performs.

Hi, I'm testing your EA and it seems really impressive, but I don't understand a few things. Does it only take profit when the trailing stop is triggered? As you can see from the attached example, the account is now over 50% profitable, but the trailing stop is still potentially in the red if it's triggered. How can I improve this? Thanks.
