Hello, I purchased this product and activated it through the community. I placed it onto my charts and minimised it so it did take up too much space.

When I opened my charts today the OCO Trade panel will not maximise. In fact it won't do anything at all. I cannot get rid of it. I cannot reasign it to the chart. When I right-mouse click on the chart it does not show that the EA exists on the chart at all even though  the minimised bar is still sitting on the chart. I cannot click on the Title bar or move it or close it or delete it.

Some advice would be helpful... As I only purchased it last week I have never actually used it yet to place orders.

I have now been able to put the OCO onto the charts and set pending orders with it. However, listed below are the issues I am now facing with it. My trading partner also purchased this product and he is having exactly the same issues.

1. When pending orders are sent to MT4 the Buy Stop SL registers with the decimal point 4 times to the right... e.g buy price 1.26000, SL should be 1.25750 but shows in MT4 as 12575.0000

2. It does not matter what you set the Risk % at, ALL trades go to MT4 as 0.01 lots. So every trade is set at 1 micro lot. It is not calculating the lot size as a % of the account. We have set the %Risk at 100% and got the exact same 0.01 lot size.

3. The stop loss and take profit settings are meaningless as the loss triggered by the SL being hit is exactly the same as the TP being hit at 3x the risk e.g SL set at 1% (actually 1 micro lot) and the loss is 1% (1 micro lots worth). The TP is set at 3x the risk and when hit returned exactly the same as 1% (1micro lots worth).

4. When I place OCO pending orders on multiple charts, once the first trade is triggered, NO further trades are triggered.. e.g I set OCO pending orders on NZDUSD, EURAUD, USDCHF and GBPCAD. Once a trade is triggered on one of those pairs no other trades are triggered on any other pair.

You can see that this product is not successfully doing anything we need it to. We are very grateful we only installed it on a Demo account first to trial it. 

We were happy to pay the money for this product as the explanation of what it did was mostly what we needed, an OCO pending order tool that calculated the lot size as a percentage of the account size.

We would be grateful to get this operating as it should or get our money back...?

Thank you for the revision. Version 14 has certainly fixed the first 2 issues I mentioned above. I have no reason to believe the other two issues are not fixed as well, I just have not been able to test it thoroughly yet. Again thanks for the fixes. With it working as it should now it is exactly what we need. 

I will post a confirmation of the other two points when I have had a chance to test it.

Hello again, are you available to create an additional function in this tool just for myself and my trading partner?

I am not sure it would have appeal for anyone else but would add a lot of value to our trading strategy. If this is possible can you get back to me and I will discuss the details and you can let me know if what I need is possible and what the cost might be..
