I recommend to stick to the default settings, then you do not need to understand and take care of all this. In the default settings it automatically detects the time when it should start and stop trading for all supported prop firms which also includes Next Step Funded:

You can start the EA anytime you wish and let in run 24 hours a day. But it will only trade in a 15 minutes time window each day (which is usually enough to reach the profit target). It will show this time window also on the chart:

Please note that the shown time here is the brokers server time from the market watch and not your local time. Each broker has running his meta trader servers in different time zones:

But to answer your question, yes this is when the US cash market opens which is the first 15 minutes of the New York opening session.

I just bought this but i cant download it!! How do i do that?

I am on osx and I guess i have to login my MQL5 community account in the MT5 terminal itself, but the problem is that my MQL5 account is via google sing in so there is no username and password per se, so i cannot login. 

Can you help out?

Next step would be to buy one of the supported prop firm challenges list on the product page. Please also ensure to buy the right challenge type of the prop firm because some firms have multiple account types and not all account types allow HFT (high freqency trading) which is the strategie this bot is using.

If you have the account credentions of one of the prop firms use it in metatrader to login to their broker.

If you are interested in sureleverage you need to buy the "One Phase" challange with the Plan "EA Challenge". Esnure also to chose MT5 as Platform. The account size does not matter, however I recommend small account sizes first and scale then later after your first payout.
