I installed Forex Liquidity Finder from Market → Purchased (not manual copy). The product is activated, but the indicator shows:
“Your demo version is expired: Contact …” on the chart.

Please confirm: is the Market build incorrectly locked as demo/expired?
If not, tell me what to check — but note that I installed via Purchased and I am logged in to MQL5 Community.

Also please advise: should the indicator be loaded from MQL4\Market\Indicators? I can send the Journal/Experts log line showing the exact file path if needed.

This is a paid product ($249), so I need a quick fix or an updated build.

The product does not function after purchase (expired demo message + runtime crash). Please help resolve / request developer to provide a fixed build.

Hello MQL5 Service Desk,

I purchased the MT4 indicator “Forex Liquidity Finder” (Market product ID/URL: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/109128 ) and installed it strictly via Market → Purchased (not manual copy). The product is activated.

However, the product is unusable:

1. On the chart it shows an expired demo message even though it is paid and activated:
   “Your demo version is expired | Contact thezeusarrow@gmail.com ”

2. The terminal logs a runtime error (crash) in Experts/Journal:
   array out of range in 'ZeusArrow Smart Liq Finder.mq4' (1586,13)

This happens on multiple symbols/timeframes (tested EURUSD M15 and USDCADb M15) and with different settings (HistoryBars 10000 → 2000 → 500, TimeFrame current/15) — same result.

Environment:

• MetaTrader 4 build 1443

• OS: Windows (desktop)

• Installation method: Market → Purchased

Additional issue:

• The product page video demonstrating the indicator is currently unavailable (“Video removed by the user who added it”).

I contacted the developer since early morning and posted in product comments, but there is no response yet. Other Market products I bought work normally and their developers respond quickly.

Request:
Please intervene and request the developer to provide a fixed Market build that:

• correctly recognizes the Market license (no “demo expired” message), and

• fixes the runtime crash (array out of range).

If a fix is not provided promptly, please advise on refund/market resolution options, as the purchased product does not function.

I can attach screenshots/logs showing:

• the “demo expired” message on chart,

• Experts/Journal lines with the error,

• Market activation confirmation.

Hi Aditya,

Thank you for the quick update — the new version is working now.

However, during troubleshooting (demo-expired issue + runtime error) I had to reinstall/activate several times and I lost about 2–3 activations from my Market license.

Could you please compensate this in one of the following ways:

1. Add back the lost activations (or advise how you can restore them), or

2. Offer me a discount on your other product (e.g., Smart Ai Levels / Smart Order Block), or any coupon/price reduction you can provide.

I appreciate your help and I’m happy the indicator is working now — I just want to ensure I’m not penalized for the initial technical issue.
