the machine learning was mainly  use to find an efficient pattern , the ea do not use neural networking or other AI tech , since as of now exept for  some blackbox on the long therm they  will overfit to the  current condition and when huge reversal goes the systeme will lose is hedge,  i have very rarely got an Ai model to remain robust over time and i believe that as of now AI is not yet to the "public" trading sphere because of techniques that simply can't be use since most of mt5 are not direct exchange blocking you from arbitrage etc wich Machine learning seems to work very well on model (such as merger arbitrage , triangular arbitrage , statistical arbitrage) but for mean reversion and trend following  AI have  Yet to prove is efficient mid to long therm .

I would still advise optimizing the EA over the last 6 months, and then testing it on "all market watch" to ensure that the results are also positive with other pairs. This EA has shown great results on other pairs as well.

Remember, it falls into the Mean Reversion Model category, which means it has the potential for big losses but provides consistent wins (without using grid, martingale, or any other risky type of risk management).

A lot of EAs will be coming soon, including a fully tailored pair trading EA that uses the Pearson coefficient to trade positively and negatively correlated pairs, similar to how hedge funds operate, and many more.
