This new signal will need to open trades with a 10 pip "delay" discount from other signals followed.
Ex: Signal A opens buy USD/EUR 1.3110 -- NEW signal will open a buy limit order for 1.3100 (10 pip discounted entry) -- limit order must time out as well and/or cancel if original signal closes out trade.
