SIMPLE RSI DASHBOARD & add account name locking to my other three indicators

Spezifikation

RSI Extreme Dashboard.

Use RSI to show a dashboard from selected pairs in Daily and weekly chart.

Settings.
 Pairs to monitor

Time frame to monitor

RSI settings.

When a pair gets above RSI extreme (Either RSI oversold or Overbought), indicator show "ready" next to that pair. See attached image below.

To avoid too many things on the screen, only pairs that are in "ready" mode are printed on the screen. When pair is out of "ready" mode, it is deleted from screen.

Add alerts when pair reaches ready.

Add settings for position of dashboard on screen.

Create option to lock account to specific Account name which will be entered in the mq4 code. If name march, the EA will run. If name do not march, EA print "You are not authorized to use this EA"
Provide source code.

Part 2 of Job.

Add option to lock account to specific account name in the indicators i have attached below. (Simple modification job of 3 of my indicators). The account name will be entered in the mq4 code. If name match, the EA will run. If name do not match, EA print "You are not authorized to use this EA"
