Need Customizable Breakout Indicator/Standard price alert with mobile push notifications

I need someone who can create a customizable breakout indicator/standard price alert for me that can be utilized on multiple charts at once (ideally in the 10-20s, I want to be able to set customizable  support/resistance levels(horizontal/trend-line) manually on my chart with the ability to drag them up and down the chart and when a candle body open and close below the line I get a custom mobile message depending on what pair and timeframe I placed my line on my phone saying for example "AUDUSD H4 is breaking support". Also, the option to set how  many closes I want to see past the line before and how many push notifications I get after the conditions are met. And finally, the ability to accurately spot a retest after a pair breaks structure as a optional feature
