Dashboard to monitor for a simple break of the previous month high/low

I am looking to get a multi pair dashboard created to monitor for a simple break of the previous month high or low.

When added to a chart I want a black background with no chart information showing. Dashboard only being visible.

It needs to have buttons associated with pairs that open the corresponding chart in a new window.

The buttons need to change colors on break of the high to green and break of the low to red based on a 1 hour timeframe.
More specifically only when crossing the high in an upward direction and only when crossing the low in a downward direction on the current candle only.
It is OK to change color for the entire duration of the candle upon break until candle close. Once closed the move is over no indication is required.

I would like the buttons to be display in a grid pattern with Input parameters to set the number of buttons per column and row with Input parameters to set distance between buttons x y axis.

I require alerts and push notification on the close of the current candle crossing the high/low on 1 hour time frame. I want Input parameters to independently turn alerts and/or push notifications on or off. More specifically only when crossing the high in an upward direction and when crossing the low in a downward direction should trigger an alert on candle close only.

The dashboard is required to add all pairs that are currently being displayed in the market watch panel automatically. Hidden pairs should NOT be added.

Source code must be provided upon completion of the project.
