Spezifikation

Dear freelancers,

I would like to order a market scanner (screener) who can search in the whole symbols my broker provides and find out when rsi is over or under a customizable value on different time frames.

This should return an alert on the screen and/or by email saying wich symbol(s) are matching.

The rsi value should be customizable with the different TF.

Example : M1 RSI >70 and M5 RSI >65  and RSI> 50 on M15 

it should be workable from 1 to 4 differents TF with differents RSI conditions (< or > to differents values)
