Add-On Type of EA Needed to Enable Off the Shelf EA to Place Hidden Pending Orders

I have a handful of EAs I've purchased from the Market over the past year or so that have delivered good results; however a few of them do not have the capability of placing hidden pending orders (for entry, TP / SL, etc) and as such are exiting noticeably earlier than the EAs with this capability.

So I just need and EA or Utility that will allow me to enable any other EA with the ability to place hidden/virtual orders.  I'd like it to have the ability to auto-detect which orders have been (or even better if it could detect and pre-empt before the visible orders are placed)placed by the primary trading EA and immediately either delete and replace with identical hidden orders or modify the orders immediately after placement.  I need the primary trading EA to remain in control of the orders (other than the fact that they will now be hidden), and so I'm not seeking an EA to take over position and order management after entry, only to enable the hidden functionality.

For every static TP & SL pending orders, there should also be a "decoy / safety net" (visible) order located at an offset of the hidden orders that's an input value.

Finally, upon closure of any given position for any reason, the remaining pending orders (hidden & visible) should immediately close.
