Spezifikation

I have an EA called Scalper. I need a new ea by the name of Controller. 

Scalper will open a trade. Controller should identify the new trade and find it's relevant chart and turn off Scalper's happy face on that chart only. After x-minutes Controller will turn it back to Happy face. I can use unique magic number and comment. 

(disabling trading for x-minutes on that particular chart only, so other charts can still trade as normal) - I am not asking for turning Autotrade off/on.
