Spezifikation
I want EA/Indicator for:
- It should stop the Indicators at Stop time and Start the Indicator at start time as defined in Section-A.
- It should stop the Indicators before high impact news and start the indicators after high impact news as per time defined in Section-B.
- It should support 3 time slots for stop and start at three different schedules in a day.

If "Time Trading" is disabled in all slots then the news to be checked all the time.
