Need a programmer to make an ea for me that is based on heiken ashi signals

I need someone to code an EA for me. I work a lot and am not able to monitor or execute trades. The strategy I use involves 2 different heiken ashi indicators, an 18 SMA and an 8 EMA. One is the standard heiken ashi candles and the second is a smoothed heiken ashi candles. 

Entry rules are as follows : 

A Buy order is when the EMA is over the SMA, the Default HA is in a bullish trend, and the Smooth HA turns bullish. All 3 requirements have to be filled in order for a buy order to start. The order is closed when the HA Default closes on a bearish candle.

A Sell order is when the SMA is over the EMA, the Default HA is in a bearish trend and the Smooth HA turns bearish. As well, all 3 requirements have to be filled for an order to start. The order closes when the HA Default closes on a bullish candle.

I would like to be able to put the EA on the 1 hour and 4 hour chart. It should have alerts to alert me when a order is starting. I would also like it to have a trailing stop and trailing take profit.

I currently use the default HA that is offered on metatrader and for the smooth HA I use https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/25454#description. I use the default settings on the Universal HA, because the slow heiken ashi they offer is to slow. I have attached a picture of how my charts look. If you have any questions please message me.
