Need Trading Robot Using Aroon Indicator and Heikin Ashi

I need a simple set-and-forget automatic trading robot that will execute a Forex trade when certain parameters in Aroon Indicator are met.  If / When the robot encounters confusing signals, it will automatically uses Heikin Ashi to break the tie by using prevailing trend to select whether to buy or sell.   I also want to be able to adjust these parameters and back test in adjustable time periods (for example, in past 365 days / 90 days / 30 days, etc).  The robot must also be able to calculate dollar amount to trade based on my instruction (for example, use 1/4 of balance each time a trade is entered).  If you can develop such a robot, I will send you a detailed flowchart to use in developing it.
