Spezifikation

I need an experienced programmer for an expert advisor based on 2 indicators.

One of the indicator is used as a filter. Only between the two timelines may the trades be opened and again between another timelines may the trades be closed.

Once the filter conditions are met, another will open the trade in different periods. The condition is triggered if e.g. 2 of 3 are met, it does not matter which 2 conditions are met. So there are several OR conditions to program. The EA must work on a tick basis. The EA works in the H1 timeframe. All indicators must work with the ClosePrice or with the current price of the respective candle. For example, it could be that his system could work on the basis of 3 out of 3 indicators. The first two indicators could work on the closePrice and the last indicator on the currentPrice of the next Candle. In this case, the trade may not be closed on the same candle on which it was opened.

Please no letters from amateurs or beginners without experience.
