Need an EA installer developed in Visual Studio 2017

Hello, I need to have my own custom installer template built with Visual Studio 2017, in which I can create my own EA installer. I am currently using the paid version of an installer from eainstall.com however there is no longer any support from the developers when you have questions.

I have included the 9 different screens that need to be created. Please see attached pictures as the order flow of screens are sequential.

These are the specific requirements the installer must achieve:

1.) Allow me to easily create any new EA installer project within Visual Studio 2017 that will generate a .exe file which automatically installs MT4 files into the correct folders. I need to be able to add "experts", "indicators", "sounds", "expert presets", "templates", and "profiles" to the installer so it generates an .exe file and automatically places all these files in the correct location on the end users computer when they run the installer .exe file. Allow me to save, edit or modify existing installer projects, or create new ones.

2.) Allow me to use my Comodo Code Signing certificate to the installer package, so that when the user double clicks the installer, it shows the authorized publisher details from my Comodo certificate, instead of  "Unkown Publisher"

3.) Allow me to either add the files physically to the installer package OR to put all the files in the installer onto a server, so that when people double click the installer, it first downloads all the updated installer files, THEN it installs them into the users computer. This way don't have to build a new installer package each time a file is updated, instead, I just update the file on the server and each time the user runs the installer package, it will ensure the newest files are used.

4.) Create a shortcut to uninstall the installed files and installer.

5.) The installer builder, MUST have the ability to set up the "experts" tab settings on the end users computer, just like you can in the installer builder from www.eainstall.com [you can download a free trial of the builder to see what I mean]
