Need a EA to identify 4 criteria (Price, MACD, Stochastic, Price)

I need a EA to identify 4 criteria

1. To identify Higher Low bar in Daily chart

2. MACD line crossing Signal line

3. Stochastic %K below value 15

4. Price cross Lowest Bar High

when the above 4 criteria are met, initiate a entry position with a stop loss position.

1. To identify Lower High bar in Daily chart

2. MACD line crossing Signal line

3. Stochastic %K above value 85

4. Price cross Highest Bar Low

when the above 4 criteria are met, initiate a exit position with a stop loss position.
