Scalping/daytrading EA with low DD required

Dear Programmer & Strategy designer,

I am looking for a Scalping EA that would respect the following:

- Daytrading. Ideal trading timeframe is the first hours of the London open (or any other timeframe with high momentum and big movements). Orders can remain open during the night but must be closed every Friday at latest.

- Ideally optimised for EURUSD, GBPUSD & USDJPY

- Max DD below 10%

- Min. monthly P&L 1%

- Ability to set fix lot size

- Ability to set daily max traded lots

- Order entry: prefer breakout of High/Lows or Support/Resistance

- TP & SL (or hedge orders) should be opened automatically after initial trade triggers

- If possible no technical indicators 

- Hedging, Arbitrage or Grid allowed if they do not continuously increase risk since the max allowed DD is 10%. No Martingale or Increasing lot size methodology please. Lot size shall be fix and will be modified manually based on external MM system and equity evolution, independently from the EA.

Depending on how well the above criteria are met, developers can expect up to USD 2000. Please send me your ideas and then we can decide together into what direction the development may go. 1/2 of the payment after full Backtest reports are received. 2/2 after successful 1 month of demo testing.
