Simple EA using RSI indicator

Spezifikation

I need a simple EA that will be constructed as follows.

     1. EA will use RSI indicator
     2. We will use two RSI indicators to confirm the input
     3. RSI 1 with 14 bars
     4. RSI 2 with 21 bars

Between 30 and 70 the EA should not open in a position.

When the RSI is below 30 or above 70 the following should happen.

TakeProfile
StopLoss

1. EA will open a SELL and BUY position.

2. The SELL position shall have takeprofile and stoploss.

3. The BUY position should have takeprofile and stoploss.

The TakeProfile and StopLoss in the two situations will be the same, only in the opposite directions.

This is the EA requirement.
