An expert advisor based on ATR Indicator and Support and Resistance levels needed.

I need an expert advisor that trades based on signals derived from ATR Indicator, ATR Trailing stop indicator and a support and resistance levels indicator. It should be able to place pending buy and sell stop orders, have trailing stop feature based on the ATR, derive information from different time frames for use in trading, have risk management inbuilt, able to initiate a test trade based on the a certain percentage of risk and an additional trade based on the same at a calculated distance from the test trade. It should be able to monitor the account equity level and close all trades when calculated target is reached and start trading afresh right after that. It should be able to work on different currency pairs while still monitoring the overall trading activity on all pairs. It should be able to display trading information on chart and be able to email when targets are met. Clean Source code with commenting will be needed. The expert advisor should be able to sort out all possible errors that may arise during it's operation.
