Inside Bar Indicator wanted

I want an indicator that gives signals on the screen and sends them to my mobile phone under the following conditions on the timeframes I choose:

1) last bar (candle 2) is INSIDE the one before  (call it Candle 1) - > (high<prev High; low> prevLow)

2) I want to have an option to make candle 1 the largest candle in x periods

I would also like, if thats no problem, to have the option to backtest the indicator with the following conditions:

with the new candle (candle 3), breakout of candle 1 high / low triggers buy or sell signal. target x pips (my choice).
