 It is very simple EA the fast delivery offer has privilege to get the job. 

1-      Create buy stop and sell stop for any new created active position

2-      Set the stop loss for all active position to :  Current level price – or + X  

3-      Control the equity usage by Setting Maximum total lots of active positions.

Note:

Note 1: the EA working with leveling (distance = X) of price.

Note 2: when the price is going to a new level (up or down) stop loss for ALL active positions is same and must be updated as follow: Stop Loss for: All active Buy positions = Current level price – X and SL for All active Sell positions= Current level price + X
