Ea or script to close trades based on a simple line indicator

Expert advisor will close all trades upon touching the line of the indicator. The indicator has only one configurable parameter so it should be simple. The trailing stop should be configurable for any "cutoffperiod". There should also be a minimum stop loss prior to the trailing stop reaching an x amount of pips from the indicator line. this trailing stop should only work for the time frame that it was applied in.  It should however be able to be applied in any standard time frame.
