Semi-Automated EA for Trade Entry Using A Conditional Clause.

Am looking for a programmer that is good in a Conditional Clause situation type of trading.

This is a simple illustration of what I am looking for. I need to Buy GBPUSD at 1.2520.

I will like all GBP pairs to be strong (and not weak) so that the trade don't turn negative.

Here, we are talking of only 1 currency pair entry> Buy GBPUSD @ 1.2520

IF GBPJPY = 135.25;

IF GBPAUD = 2.5020

IF GBPNZD = 2.1789

IF GBPCHF = 1.4300

IF EURGBP = 0.7800

**If the above prices for other GBP pairs are not reached, meaning that GBP did not strengthen, then the trade (GBPUSD) will NOT be filled**

The EA should have a simple trade management parameters like Stop Loss, Take Profit, Break Even point after so many pips from the entry and how many entries should be made of same pair, in this case: Buy GBPUSD. There should also be user adjustable parameters on how many pairs to include in the conditional clause but not more than 6 pairs. I will like to have the source code please.
