Auto click macro for indicator alert

I have an indicator that gives an popup alert on MT4 when a signal is created, I want the alert to trigger an auto click program that clicks a specific button on a website (this is for binary options, so if alert is sell then it will click the sell button on website, if alert is buy it will click the buy button on website).

I don't have source for indicator but I assume this can still be done via mt4.
