Bar Closing EA with Order / Equity Session Control

I'm looking for a developer to produce an EA that opens orders based on each bar closing price. Bar closing up then 'buy', closing down the 'sell'. However one over-riding option that can be selected is that the orders can be elected to be managed such that balanced numbers of 'buys' and 'sells' are maintained plus or minus one. The overall equity profit/loss needs to be tracked including open and closed current session trades with option of the EA resetting (exit all current open orders) once cumulative session TP, SL or TSL is reached.

Required input variables are:

• Number of open trades.
• Reverse trade
• Lot size 
• Open buy only 
• Open sell only
• Balanced trade opening (can not be selected if either of above two are 'true')
• Individual trade take profit
• Individual trade stop loss
• Individual trade trailing stop
• Individual trade break even
• Cumulative session equity increase take profit (in USD, EUR or AUD)
• Cumulative session equity loss stop loss (in USD, EUR or AUD)
• Cumulative session equity trailing stop (in USD, EUR or AUD)
• Option to immediately re-set EA after auto session close out on above 3 session closures. 
• Manual over-ride exit all open trades
• Magic number
• Max slippage
• Max spread
• Time filter
• Friday close
• On screen data
