Is there a developer that can make me in one week an EA that opens order, places pending limit orders at different distances, replaces pending orders when they took profit and closes that group of orders when total planned profit or total stop loss is reached? Please tell me something about your costs.

Places at the same time pending orders at 95 (2x), 85 (3x), 70 (4x). When price lowers, orders at 95 will be picked up, then take profit at 100 and then again 2 orders at 95 will be placed.
